Details: The Raleigh-Durham Alumnae Chapter of Sigma Alpha Iota is seeking new works by composers identifying as women and/or non-binary. Selected works will be performed during our 2018-2019 recital series. Winners will be notified by August 31, 2018. Attendance at the performance is not required, but certainly welcomed. All winners will receive documentation of the performance in the form of programs and recordings. We are accepting submissions of intermediate to advanced difficulty for instrumentation listed below. Submissions can be for solo or any combination of the following:

· Flute
· Clarinet
· Alto Saxophone
· French Horn
· Mezzo Soprano
· Live or Fixed Electronics (2.1 Stereo)

· Name
· Short Bio (200 words or less)
· Instrumentation
· PDF of Score
· Recording (midi is acceptable)

Parts for ensemble works must be immediately available upon request. Composers may submit more than one score.
