The Black House Collective is calling for 1-2 minute pieces for the Black Lab new music festival. The selected pieces will be performed by the H2 saxophone quartet on October 19th at the Paragraph Gallery in downtown Kansas City. Submission guidelines: -Submission Deadline September 5, 2013 -All works must be 120 seconds or less in length -Please use standard saxophone quartet instrumentation (soprano, alto, tenor, baritone) -This call is open to all composers. -There is no fee to submit. -All pieces must be premieres and not previously written or performed. -Works need to be submitted via email to: blackhouseimprov@gmail.com -The score must be submitted as an attached PDF file. Selections will be made by the H2 Quartet. |
