Interests Contemporary music, from solo works to orchestral
Profile Largely self-taught, Cedric Peachey began composing in his teens. First performances of his music began in 2002, with pieces performed in London, St Albans, Brighton, Portsmouth and Colchester. Works performed include music for voice, piano, organ, choir, orchestra, wind band, electronics and various chamber groups. His Prelude - Red Riding Hood won the new composition award at the annual Waterlooville Music Festival and will have its first performance in June 2015.
