Interests teaching & writing for flute & sax
Profile I`ve been teaching privately flute & sax for 30 years, whilst performing - mainly jazz - in and around Yorkshire. My composing is mainly for my students, and other amateur musicians, and covers a wide range of styles, but an underlying feature of all my writing is a strong melodic content. I`ve learned what appeals to my students, and am gratified by the overwhelmingly positive response it generates.
