Profile
Recently I`ve been using a 9-tone equal temperament scale when writing my pieces. I guess technically you could call it macrotonal? It`s definitely tonal though, no doubt about it- it all gravitates towards the tonic. Think of it like this - Halfway between whole-tone and chromatic but working within a context of harmonic progressions and melodies that are based on certain scales that choose specific notes from my 9-tone system.
