All of the works on our final program are inspired by cuisine. We will present the world premiere of Eating Variations by Robert Paterson, with text by New York poet Ron Singer, as well as Hors d'oeuvres by Derrick Wang, the winning composer and work of AME's Third Annual Composition Competition. After the concert, join us for a food and wine reception that will contain many of the culinary delights highlighted in the program.
