Open to composers of any nationality who will be under 33 years old on 1st January 2020 and who are enrolled or have been enrolled in composition and/or orchestration courses between 2015 and 2020 in an organization (conservatory, foundation, academy, etc.) in the European Union. Entrants shall compose 10 minutes (5 movements - each two minutes long) for cello solo and orchestra (12.10.8.6.4/2.2.2.2/2.2.2.1/T). Planning May 20th 2019 : Opening applications October 20th 2019 : Closing applications November 4th 2019: First round results November 12th-30th 2019: Guillaume Connesson master-class and Victor Julien-Laferrière work session December 16th 2019 : Supply full score April 30rd 2020 : Public final round at Centre des Bords de Marne, Le Perreux-sur-Marne. Winner Prizes €2500 from Musique Nouvelle en Liberté €1000 from Radio France Edited by Editions Durand-Salabert-Eschig / UMPC Recorded in the Studio by Orchestre national d'Île-de-France Brodcasted on France Musique Performed during a series of concerts before 2022.
