Music Department Essential Functions One-year lecturer position in composition at Washington University in St. Louis. We are seeking a composer, composer-theorist, or composer-performer who can contribute to our growing undergraduate composition program and offer additional courses in musicianship and music theory. The anticipated teaching assignments are as follows: Fall 2017 (composition workshop/lessons, Musicianship I, undergraduate-level Classical Theory I); Spring 2018 (composition workshop/lessons, Musicianship II, graduate-level Analysis II). Required Qualifications Ph.D. or D.M.A., earned before the start of the Fall 2017 semester.
