Artes Association announces the second edition of FLORENCE STRING QUARTET CALL FOR SCORES, sponsored by the Province of Florence. The selected scores will be created by Ascanio Quartet during the concert of Sunday September the 7th 2014 pm in Salone Luca Giordano in Palzzao Medici Riccardi in Florence. The concert will be recorded and published on cd and distributed on the international market by label Sheva Collection (www.shevacollection.it). The selected scores will also be published by Sconfinarte editions, the leading Italian editor for contemporary music (www.edizionisconfinarte.com).
