Details: Composers of any age or nationality may submit
Works scored for: G.e.r.m.i. Ensemble; from a minimum of one to a maximum of nine performers, with or without conductor, according to the following instruments: flute, clarinet, saxophone, classical guitar, piano, violin, viola, cello and electronics [No Live Electronics].
Duration: between 4 and 12 minutes.
Deadline: January, 31 2013
Entry fee: for composers under 25 on the date of January 1, 2013, there is NO entry fee for the submission of one score, and an entry fee of € 15/00 (fifteen) per score if more than one is submitted.
for composers between the age of 25 and 30 on the date of January 1, 2013, there is an entry fee of € 30/00 (thirty) for one score, and € 15/00 (fifteen) per score if more than one is submitted.
for composers over 30 on the date of January 1, 2013, there is an entry fee of € 50/00 (fifty) for one score, and € 30/00 (thirty) per score if more than one is submitted.
Awards: The three winning scores will be performed, published and recorded. First piece will be awarded a cash prize of Euro
500/00 (five hundred). The score sheet and the audio CD will be published by Casa Editrice Sconfinarte.
Three selected works will be performed during the 5th edition of GMF G.e.r.m.i. Music Festival 2013/14 in Rome.
