'composition today' performs a valuable service, but it could perform a better one if there were some way composers could share ideas and questions at a more fundamental, democratic and useful level than is possible without the facility to incorporate notation and/or sound files within our texts.

Would this be very difficult to set up?

Yeah, asides from uploading a jpg on another site and linking to it, there's no real way to do it right now. Seems a bit daft for a forum based on music.
