Hi all, has anyone been to/heard Tan Dun's First Emperor at the MET? I've read lots of reviews and heard some of it on a radio broadcast and am interested to hear any first hand reports. The press seems to love everything about it except the music and libretto(!). I thought the music was ok, not great but not that bad either. Has anyone been?

I haven't, but haven't been that impressed with what I've heard of Tan Dun's music.
