An afternoon concert of seasonal favourites, novelties and some suprises featuring two of Wales's best-loved soloists: Catrin Finch and Elin Manahan Thomas. Samuel Barber's sumptuous arrangements of popular Christmas carols are heard alongside the serene contentment of Finzi's Dies Natalis: a reflection of an innocent newborn child's joy and wonder.
